What is the YETC?
The YETC serves as a resource center for the Emma Eccles Jones College of Education and Human Services at Utah State University. It houses open-access computer facilities, a K-12 curriculum materials library, a NASA Educator Resource Center, as well as collections of educational technology products (CD-ROMs, software, DVD-Video, CD-Audio, VHS video, etc.). The YETC also provides networking, computer repair and troubleshooting, and web services to the college. Overall, the YETC's mission is to provide the resources and training to help our student effectively utilize technology resources in their profession.

Nearly all of the links below require a username and password. The password is available only to current USU students and faculty. Please drop by the YETC and ask for it. You'll need your USU activity card.
CD-ROMs - a wonderful collection of educational CD-ROM products that USU students may use or check out.
Clipart collection - clipart images online for patron use.
K-12 Curriculum Materials Library (click on Library Catalog) - A large collection of K-12 textbooks, teachers editions, blackline masters, multimedia, manipulatives, and more.

Where is the YETC located?
The YETC is located in room 170 of the Emma Eccles Jones Building at Utah State University. (see map.pdf)
Who can use the YETC?
- Our primary focus is on Utah State University's College of Education and Human Services students and faculty. However, various YETC resources are accessible to different audiences.
- The open-access computer facilities are available to all currently enrolled Utah State University students who have paid their open-access fees at registration. Students are required to bring their activity card for entrance into the lab.
- The circulating collections are available to any Utah State University faculty, staff, or student who has a valid USU activity card.
- All Utah teachers may access and use the NASA Educator Resource Center materials (including parents that homeschool their children).
- Materials on this TeacherLINK website are available to educators and students worldwide (except for the sections that require a username and password).
